Super Smash Bros Brawl Showdown
June 17th, 2008In a similar vein to the Mario Kart Grand Wii contest in April, Nintendo have this time announced a special nationwide tournament to celebrate the long awaited release of Super Smash Bros Brawl for the Wii. On the 28th June you can head to a selection of Gamestation stores around the country to take part in a mammoth 64 player (2×32) knockout competition. Unlike the Mario Kart event, the grand prize isn’t a car but instead the winner from each store will bag a Samsung 40” Full-HD LCD TV and a Samsung Home Theatre System, including a DivX-compatible DVD player, subwoofer and 5 Dolby Digital stereo speakers. Runners up in each store will receive an iPod Nano!
You’ll need to be quick and register your participation ASAP as spaces are limited.
