Microsoft has finally put the final nail in the HD DVD coffin by ceasing manufacture of the Xbox 360 HD-DVD add-on. Many retailers have pulled away from stocking the format as they move towards Blu-Ray and now Microsoft has followed Toshiba in ceasing making the players for the little spinny discs.
So, if you have an HD-DVD player for your 360 – quick, get it on eBay now before everyone cottons on that they’re worthless!
