Thunderhawk Operation Phoenix for the PS2 had great gameplay, but didn’t have an ending. You completed the last mission but nothing happened, you just kept flying round – not so much as a thanks or a well done.

I’ve also got to suggest any Bond franchise for any platform – sacrilege; it’s like any Star Wars title- DO NOT BOTHER! Bad Boys Miami Takedown gets the cup for worst movie conversion ever – you have to play with the sound down as the dialogue and actors were naff.

Rise of the Robots on the Amiga has to go down as the worst game I’ve ever played. Billed as the ultimate and most futuristic looking fighting game ever, featuring advanced computer graphics and FMV. It certainly did feature those along with: Terrible game play, rubbish AI, a total lack of special moves and did I mention the terrible game play.

I’m gonna put in a vote for Elvira: Mistress of the Dark on Amiga.

Yes ok, so Elvira had massive breasts and this was the main selling point of the game for hormone-raging teenagers, but the game itself (an RPG sort of thing) was unplayable and made your eyes bleed with frustration.

It was that bad, I actually remember burning it by throwing it onto the family bonfire on November 5th one year. I wanted to save someone else from having to play it.
