The beta for Battlefield 3 has been criticised online for not being as realistic as it should by someone claiming to be a former SWAT member. He says that the excessive use of lights and lasers on guns would be a ‘death wish’ for the user and torches would only be used temporarily for clearing buildings and lasers are ‘crutches’ for people who can’t shoot. That sort of crossed my mind too actually and you can see what I thought of the beta at the end of the podcast.
