Woolworths scrap HD-DVD
February 1st, 2008Woolworths has stopped stocking HD-DVDs, another nail in the coffin and another victory for the rival Blu-Ray format in the HD format war. They say Blue-Ray outsold HD-DVD 10 to 1 over Christmas so will continue to sell HD-DVD online but have a new Blu-Ray only chart will now appear in 820 stores.
