Microsoft has filed numerous patents for new FPSs using the Natal hardware – now renamed as Kinect. In the patents they talk about first-person games smoothly transitioning into third-person where you get a better view of what’s going on. I guess we’ll have to wait a few more months to see exactly what they’re talking about.
