MS has said the launch will be "as big as that of a new console" and then its got warped to be that they're releasing a new console. After all, MS made a point of saying that the E3 conference that Natal will work with every 360 they've ever sold, and every 360 they will sell in the future. However, I'm willing to bed that Natal will get bundled with every 360 when it finally launches. That way, there will be enough incentive for developers to support it.
