How long did it take you to get your 360 back again. If you haven't contacted support yet, might I suggest you use Xbox.com to request a repair rather than use the Estonian Call Centres. It worked very smoothly for me and I was even able to book the UPS collection online. From start to finish (receiving the repaired console), the whole process took just 8 days.
