New Super Mario Bros 2 release date

The trailer for New Super Mario Bros. 2 has just hit the interweb. The game once again sees Mario running the gauntlet against Koopa Troopers, Boos, Goombas and Chain Chomps in an effort to rescue Princess Peach (by now you’d think she’d have installed a panic room in her castle). The trailer shows off Mario becoming huge, shrinking to tiny size, running about with his Tanooki tail and more. You can play the game on 3DS or on the new 3DS XL from August 17th 2012.
